No offense Koen, you have been a person since the moment you were born, BUT, lately you have really been showing us your stripes. Every day you become more and more animated and show us your little personality. We can see so easily now that you have Daddy's inquisitive, observant, slightly serious nature - but do I detect a note of Mommy's silliness in there too? I think so. Tonight I had you lying on the bed to get your jammies on and when I popped your t-shirt over your head (with some silly "pop" noise) you laughed and laughed. Needless to say, I did about 200 more times. What a sweetheart you are. I love the way to get our attention by staring straight at us and then busting out a HUGE smile the second we look your way. And the way you follow your brother with your eyes and watch every move he makes. You are so full of life and so impressive in so many ways. Today we even caught you putting your soother in your mouth all on your own - pretty soon you won't need me for a thing!
I love you like crazy - even if you don't need me to put your soother in anymore.
